1-Secure Payment:
You have to inform us for your trip request. Then a company representative will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm these details and pay the deposit to us by wire transfer or Western Union or Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) are accepted
2-Change by the Client flexibility guaranteed
Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability, in case we received the full payment or voucher has been issued , there is no any administrative fees will be applied except on changes to tickets for airfares if was booked through us.
3-Payment Policy:
1- We require a 30% deposit on all bookings.
2- We require a 50% deposit for Christmas, New Year periods and Easter.
3- Deposits can be made by bank wire transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard are accepted)
4-Payment by Credit Card Requirements:
If paying by credit card according to Egypt bank regulations, the following documents are required to approve us to charge your credit card for the agreed services. These documents should be emailed to info@egypteasrtour.com or given to our representative upon your arrival at the airport. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with completing your request. 1. A copy of your passport. 2. A copy of both sides of your credit card with your signature.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
if you want cancel your trip;-

If you want cancel your booking , 60 day before arrival date we will charge you by 20% of the tour price .

Cancellation Between 59 to 31 days before arrival date we will charge you by 30% of the the tour price .

within 30 to 17 days before your arrival date date we will charge you by 70% of the the tour price .

within 16 days to arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged we are sorry about that but the main problem is the hotel booking and domestic fights or train booking etc……
NOTE, cancellation fees for domestic flights in Egypt have rules. If you cancel the tour any time, they will charge you according to airlines cancellation fees & policy.
Accommodation:-
prices of the hotel rooms based on two person sharing one room, and also single rooms if you don’t like sharing room but with an additional rate ,we choose the hotels according to quality of the room and services may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality,our prices are inclusive
Flights:
Domestic Flight:-
the average price of the tour package which including domestic flight are approximate according to timing so if you want make any changes on the tour may the price of that tour can be change as result of the flight timing .

Children Policy
Policy 1: for tour packages, Nile River cruises, and hotels
-Under 2 years old: free of charge
– Children Under 6 years old: 25% of tour cost
– Children Under 12 years old: 50% of tour cost
– children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your tour package includes flights or train, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
Policy 2: for day trips
under 6 years old free of charge,
under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your tours include domestic flights or ferry boat, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
Refunds:
A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for an existing reservation.
